Hi again!
Well, it's my third day here in Boston, but I'm gonna retrace to when I first arrived, July 25th.
July 25th
I couldn't wait to get off the plane. Not because I wasn't comfortable, but because I wanted to get to Boston! I continuously kept thinking about things I would do once we arrived; shop in Natick Collection, go swimming and play tennis in the club Wedgewood, have barbecues, sitting in Borders and reading, walking around the quiet neighborhood early in the morning. There were all sorts of stuff to do, and I didn't want to wait for it. I kept glancing at my watch, hoping 5:30 would appear on the screen, because that's what time we were supposed to land.
As I was watching a movie, it suddenly paused and the words 'Announcement in Progress' flashed on the screen.
"We are now about to land," the captain said. "So please fasten your seat belts and stow your televisions."
I excitedly got all ready for the landing, and so before I knew it, we were collecting our luggage and getting inside a car, driving to Granddad's house.
"Hi Granddaddy!" I said as soon as I saw Granddaddy walk outside the house. I smiled widely. Finally. What I've been waiting for for ages has finally arrived! I immediately headed inside my room and found a laptop sitting on a desk. My own computer in my room! Cool! Suddenly I heard the door open and everyone saying
"Hi!" and other greetings. I came downstairs and found Wesley and Cindy in the kitchen. It was so great to see them again. I looked at Wesley. Well, I should say looked up at him. He's about a head and a half taller than me now, and last year he was only a few inches taller. So we all had dinner together, but I got really tired because of jet lag, and so I went to bed earlier.
July 26th
"Today we can go to Natick Collection," mommy told me after I practiced my piano.
"Seriously?!" I asked. "Yay!"
I excitedly hopped into the car, thinking about all the stores I would go to.
After several minutes, the huge Natick Collection loomed above us. I charged into the mall, pushing doors out of my way. Natick Collection suddenly became so familiar; I remembered it from all the time I spent ther last summer. I was so happy. I had been waiting to go to Natick Collection for a year, and finally I could go!
I think I spent the most time in Natick Collection: three and a half hours. I only shopped in Justice today, but I got several things:
~Olive green stretchy shorts
~3/4 length jeans
~Olive green button-up shirt with rolled up sleeves
~Black and white cross-hatched button-up shirt with rolled up sleeves
~Navy blue and white striped sweater
After shopping for ages, we had dinner with Wesley and Cindy again, but this time Jon came too because it was his birthday. So we had a barbecue and a cake. It was a lot of fun!

Sunday, January 31, 2010
I stepped into the blank, white room, the glittering earrings shimmered around everywhere. I thought I wouldn't be afraid of getting my ears pierced, but I couldn't help feeling slightly nervous. The thought of having a hole punched in my ear was just really scary. I picked out the shiniest, prettiest earring, and nervously sat down on the small, twirling chair. Before I knew it, the lady was taking out a cross between a stapler and a gun and was placing it against my earlobe. It felt like I was trembling really hard on the inside. I almost didn't want to do it anymore. But I stuck to the chair and waited for the pain. And then I felt it. The stinging needle went in though my earlobe. I could feel it slowly inching in. And then it all suddenly stopped. There was no pain anymore except for a slight stinging sensation. But I couldn't believe it was over. I actually finally had my ears pierced now!

2010!!!!!!!
Wow, this past week has been really busy for me!!
Since I am playing the tenor saxophone for band, we had to buy a saxophone for myself. Last weekend, we looked around at every music store, trying to find a tenor saxophone, but they were all out of stock!!! There won't be saxophones until the end of January, and band class starts on January 4th! I'm really worrying about what to do...
On Wednesday, Frances, Katy, mommy, daddy, Samantha and I all hiked the Twin Peaks! It was a lot of fun. The total amount of steps in the Twin Peaks is 1,200! But surprisingly, I still find Mt. Butler more tiring than the Twins. The Twins actually isn't as bad as I expected! But, since on Wednesday, it was really foggy, wet and drizzling, there was a point in the hike that was very, very slippery and dangerous. Part of the second peak has lots of rocks, and on Wednesday, it was especially slippery. We all slipped at least once, but it actually made the hike more interesting, not just step after step after step.
After the long hike, mommy, daddy and I were invited to go to a party. The kids there were all boys, so I spent the night watching wrestling and things like that... not very fun for me. But towards the end of the party, I sang karaoke, which was quite fun :)
Last night, it was New Year's Eve!!! For dinner, Frances, Katy, mommy, daddy, and I ate a buffet together. I was really full after that. Frances and Katy then invited me to sleep over and count down to 2010. We baked fudge brownies and watched the movie 'Anne of Green Gables'. It's a really good movie and I enjoyed watching it. Then we counted down to New Years. We slept really late (or, technically, really early), so now I'm really tired.

When I woke up this morning, we watched the movie 'Pride & Prejudice' (the BBC production). It's a really good movie, one of my favorites! I've also begun to start reading the book, by Jane Austen.
For lunch, we went out to have noodles. We bought tickets to watch the ballet 'The Nutcracker'. We watch this every Christmas, but this year it seemed to be most entertaining for me, probably because I am more interested in dancing this year.
After watching The Nutcracker, we looked around in Pacific Place. Mommy and I shopped around in the store 'Lane Crawford'. I bought really nice silver flats made from Juicy Couture.
Then we looked inside the other Lane Crawford, the one with all the furniture. We looked around for quite a long time, but then it was starting to get late, so we went to eat dinner at the Chili Club.
I just came back, and now I'm gonna go watch Pride and Prejudice (again!)... it's such a good movie!!!

Christmas Eve
Last night, I went over to Sophia's house for a Christmas Eve party! We ate a huge turkey and played lots of fun Christmas games... and drank a lot of egg nog, too! Then we watched the movie 'Meet the Robinsons'. It's not really a Christmas movie, but Sophia didn't have any other Christmas movies, so we just watched that. It's a funny movie!
This morning, I got up real early and immediately began opening presents. Here's what I got:
~For Your Entertainment album by Adam Lambert (from Rachel)
~4 Hawaiian baby shrimps (from ?)
~A pink mechanical pencil and blue pen (from mommy)
~Pink Sony Cybershot camera (from ?)
~Pink fluffy footie slippers with internal heaters (from ?)
~Soap and shampoo from the Body Shop (from mommy)
~Pearl necklace (from daddy)

Mount Butler
Yesterday morning, mommy and I went down to a place called Causeway Bay, because we needed to buy some presents for Frances, Katy and Rachel, because they bought presents for me. Katy wanted nail polish, so mommy and I went into a huge nail and hair store, and the store sold all sorts of nail polish. I bought her a neon pink colored nail polish. For Frances, I bought her the album 'Echo' by Leona Lewis. I may want to get that album myself; it's really good! I bought Rachel 'Echo' as well, because she really likes Leona Lewis. I hope they like the presents!!
After buying all the presents, mommy and I went back home. We then went hiking with Frances, Katy and Samantha. There is a really hard hiking trail called Mount Butler, which is the trail that we hiked yesterday. It was quite tiring, but I still enjoyed it :)
After the long, tiring hike, Frances and Katy stayed over for dinner (pizza, yum!).
When we were done eating dinner, we watched 'Pride and Prejudice' on the TV. But soon, they had to go back home because it was beginning to get quite late.
Then, Sophia's dad called, inviting us over for dinner for Christmas Eve. I can't waittt!!

This morning, mommy and I went to Central to get a haircut at La Chine. I said to cut my hair 3 inches, and when the haircutter was done, it felt WAY shorter than 3 inches! It may still look really long right now, but it's quite short compared to my hair before... I also got my side bangs cut a little bit shorter.
After the haircut, we went to the DVD store 'HMV' and looked for a present for daddy. I can't say what I bought him, because he might be reading this right now!!
After buying the presents, we looked inside at Marks & Spencer. I bought a red bath robe and a box of candy canes :)
When we got back home, I got the news that our tower had won the Deck The Halls competition! The Deck The Halls competition goes on every year during Christmas time, and judges go around the towers and judging the decorations in the tower. Rachel and I signed up to be in the competition, and we worked really hard to decorate our tower. And we won! So we're gonna get prizes, yay!

When I woke up this morning, it happened to be another boiling hot and sunny day... so once again tennis became very tiring very quickly. But I still enjoyed playing :)
After tennis, mommy and I ate lunch in the Aberdeen, and when we finished lunch, we looked in a sports store. One of my tennis coaches at Wong Nai Chung says that I should get a jump rope for my foot work for tennis, so I bought a sports jump rope in the sports store. I haven't yet tried out the jump rope, but I really do wanna try it! I also bought a Babolat tennis bag. It can hold 2 tennis racquets and has loads of pockets to put stuff inside.
When we got back home, Frances and Katy came over to my house to play. We took Samantha out for a walk to the reservoir. I was really tired after having such a tiring tennis lesson this morning.
After hiking with Samantha, Frances, Katy and I all planned about what we should do during the Christmas holidays.

A busy Three Days
These past three days have been real busy for me!! So sorry I couldn't write in here... so here's the update for Thursday, Friday and today, Saturday:
Thursday
New moon came out today!!! Mommy took Katy and I to watch it at night, and it was soooo good :D I'm planning to watch it at least 5 times... I really enjoyed watching it. I can't wait until the DVD comes out because I'm most definitely buying it!!
At tap today, we had a Christmas party! Frances and I went to Park 'N' Shop earlier to buy some candy, chips and soda for the party. We all played games together and ate and had fun :)
Friday
YAYY!!! School's out today!!! I'm sooo happy :) Seventeen days of holidaayyyy :D At school today, the whole entire school got together and we all sang Christmas carols and the strings orchestra played the songs "Hallelujah", "Jingle Bells", "The Hanukkah Song" and "We Wish You A Merry Christmas". It was a lot of fun.
We only had a half day at school, so I when I got back home, mommy had booked a dentist's appointment for me. Mommy had found another place to go to the dentist, and I tried it out... my dentist is sooo nice!! And he was really detailed about everything... it was quite interesting actually. But the most important part was that I got to watch a movie while they were doing things to my teeth :)
After getting my teeth checked, I went over to Sydney's place to play. She just moved a few months ago, and I had never seen her new house... it's really nice! All renovated and stuff... Sydney and I made Christmas decorations for her lobby, but I didn't have time to put it up with her because I soon had to go to ballet class.
At ballet, we had another Christmas party :) Two parties in a row for me! It was even more fun at ballet because there were more people, so the games were more entertaining.
Saturday
This morning I had a tennis lesson with Todd. It was SO cold outside... I think I got frost bites :( Though that probably isn't possible in Hong Kong...
When I got back home from tennis, our Christmas tree had arrived! It is seven feet, and really nice... I also really like the smell of it :)
Tennis was followed by my violin lesson.
After violin, mommy and I ate lunch at Mac-Donald's again.
I wanted to get a haircut, but the salon was really busy today, so we decided to go back on Monday morning, so it wouldn't be so crowded.
When I got back home, Frances and Katy once again invited me over for dinner. We made sushi together.
When we were done with our sushi, we went down to the indoor playroom and nobody was there, so we climbed around the place and played hide and seek tag.
After about an hour in the playroom, we went back home, and Katy did my nails.... they look really nice!!

Once again at school, we did more christmas crafts. Mommy even came in to help out! I made a red and white beaded candy cane and a green and white beaded wreath. I was going to make a mini red and green candy cane, but I had no time. After making those, I made a photo frame with Sydney. We decorated it with glitter, sequins, beads, tiles and other stuff.... it was a lot of fun :)
After school, we had violin class. On Friday, our school is gonna have a big assembly in the gym with the whole entire school for the Christmas holidays. The advanced strings will be playing a few songs at the assembly. We're gonna play the songs "Hallelujah", "Jingle Bells", "Hanukkah Song", and "We Wish You A Merry Christmas". So for violin class, the whole advanced players rehearsed together.
When I got back home from violin, mommy and I immediately went to Wong Nai Chung for tennis. Today it was freezing cold outside, so I didn't get very tired so soon.

At school today, we did christmas crafts! There were lots of different stations for the crafts, and I made a felt mouse that holds candy canes (it also came with a candy cane... yum!). I also made 3 pairs of earrings. A snowman, a red and green bell that actually jingles, and a big red and small silver ornaments. It was lots of fun... I can't wait to wear my earrings!
After school, I had piano class. For the whole time we just worked on my song for the competition that is soon gonna come up.
When I got back home, I worked on another chinese book report that is due tomorrow.
I finally finished it!!
And now I'm off to practice some violin.....

Decorating for Christmas!
This morning, daddy, mommy and I all went down to Wong Nai Chung for a group tennis lesson for me. Today it was really, really sunny and boiling hot, so after only half an hour I was extremely tired. The last hour was so tiring because it was noon time and thats when the sun is hottest... but I guess I still enjoyed it.
After tennis, we went down to the Aberdeen and we ate noodles for lunch.
When we were done with lunch, we went up to a music store called 'Tom Lee'. Daddy bought me an acoustic guitar!!! He really wants me to learn the guitar :)
After buying the guitar, daddy had to go back home to work. Mommy and I went to Wanchai and went to a stationary shop called Cosmos so I could buy a present for Secret Santa in school. I bought:
~a blue mechanical pencil
~a black mechanical pencil
~a green mechanical pencil
~ a red mechanical pencil
~ a plain, white eraser
~a blue, white and orange striped eraser
~a green camouflage pencil case
I hope the person likes it!!
When mommy and I were on our way back home, we passed by the lobby and a bunch of people in our tower were decorating the lobby for Christmas. I stayed and helped decorate. Soon, Rachel passed by and joined us as well. Then, Niki called me and asked if she could play. So then Rachel, Niki, me and lots of other people decorated the lobby. It was loads of fun! One person had loads and loads of decorations so now our lobby looks really cool and bright! There is a competition called 'Deck the Halls'. Each tower competes against each other, trying to decorate their tower the best... we'd better win 1st prize this year!!!

After my violin tutor today, Timmy and Darren came over and we joined up together with Sydney. We played for about an hour of doubles all together, then splitting into singles. It was a lot of fun. Then Darren and Sydney had to leave, so Timmy and I just continued playing singles. After about two hours, we got really tired, so I introduced Timmy to Samantha. We played fetch with her and ran around with her... it was fun.
When Timmy had to go, it was soon already dinnertime. Frances and Katy invited me over for dinner, and mommy and daddy went out for dinner at a friend's house. At Frances and Katy's house, we played on the computer and ate desserts.
I just got back home but mommy and daddy are still out, so I'm just gonna go and watch some TV.... bye!!

At school, it was green day, so we had to wear green. Also, at lunchtime, the cafeteria was selling candy canes!! I got three candy canes from unknown people...
After school, I had clarinet class. We went around the school, playing christmas carols for the office and other kids. It was fun.
After clarinet, Sydney and I went to violin. Once again, we just worked on scales... when will we be able to play real songs again?!
Tomorrow, two boys from class, Timmy and Darren, are coming over to my house to play tennis. Sydney will be playing with us as well. Timmy and Darren keep saying they'll definitely beat us, but I am sure gonna beat them!!!

After school today, I had violin class. Our concert is over, so we didn't need to practice songs, and there won't be another concert until the end of the year, so we just practiced scales for the whole time.
When I got back home from violin, I directly went to Wong Nai Chung with mommy to try out the group tennis lesson on Wednesdays. It was quite fun! I'm probably gonna start coming to Wong Nai Chung on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays... that is, if I don't get too tired :)
Our neighbors gave us a gigantic santa clause, and it's really cool! We put it outside our door and the people who have seen it so far really like it! I really wanna get more christmas decorations... I just can't wait at all for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I am a Peer Helper at school, today I was on recess duty. I monitored lunchtime for the third graders and I also monitored the third grade recess. It was really cool! In the beginning, I wasn't so confident to go up to the people who were doing things they weren't meant to do and tell them off. But then I eventually tried it once and it wasn't so bad... I hope I can do it again soon!
Also, at the end of the day at school, we picked our Secret Santa's. We just drew a name from a box with our eyes closed, and we have to buy a present for the person we picked. I can't say who I got, but I got a boy, so I have no clue what to get him... HELP!
After school, Mr. Lovett told us he wants Alex, Johena and I to play at a meeting tomorrow morning. So after school, we practiced our trio song that we played at the concert last week. I hope the meeting tomorrow goes well!

This morning I had a group tennis lesson again at Wong Nai Chung. It was also really hot out, so I got really sweaty. At the same time, it was pretty windy, so it was quite hard to hit the balls properly.
After tennis, one of my friends from school called Isabelle invited me over to her house to play. So when I got back home from tennis, mommy took me down to where Isabelle lives.
Right next to Isabelle's apartment, there is a big market and plaza with lots of shops. So we went and looked around in the shops. We bought cookies and candies and slushees, and I got this thing called iFoam. Its styrofoam mixed together with colored goo. It's really fun to play with :)
I'm really excited for school tomorrow! We're starting 'Secret Santa'... I wonder who I will get! Also, at our school, we have this things called 'Operation Santa Clause'. We dress up in christmas colors all week and donate $20 every time we dress up. Tomorrow we have to wear red, then on Friday we have to wear green, and then next Friday, on the last day of school, we have to wear red and green. I already have all my red clothes prepared for tomorrow!! I can't wait!!! We will also be starting some christmas crafts, so we'll be making christmas stuff!!! Yayyyyy :D

This morning I had tennis with Todd. It was really hot today, so I got really sweaty and tired really quickly.
After tennis, I quickly got changed and mommy and I went to go to my violin lesson.
After violin, I ate a fast lunch at MacDonald's, then we went to a noodle restaurant for mommy to eat her lunch.
We were planning to go get a haircut for me, but mommy had to do something back home, so now she is out and I am all alone... bored... nothing to do :(
But when she is back we're gonna go back downtown to get my haircut.. I can't wait!
Later tonight, we're gonna go to a concert that Ms. Kwok will be in. It's gonna end really late so I hope I won't be too tired so I can stay up to watch the whole thing!

At school, it was China Day. We all wore our chinese clothes to school and played lots of fun chinese games and ate really good chinese candy :D
After school, I had clarinet class. At the end of clarinet, Mr. Lovett pulled me over and asked if I wanted to start playing the saxophone for the second semester of band. There can only be 6 saxophone players and I really want to play the saxophone, so I'm really happy I got chosen!! Playing the saxophone will be really fun and cool I bet.
After clarinet, Sydney and I went to violin class. Our concert got video taped, so instead of playing violin, we just watched our concert. It was a lot of fun... the concert sounded really good actually!
When I got back home from violin, I went to ballet. At Rachel's school fair, we got some jewelry for Ms. Claire, so at ballet, we gave the jewelry to her as an early christmas present. She really liked them!!

After school today, mommy and I once again went to Wong Nai Chung for a tennis group lesson. My calves were really, really sore because at school today for P.E., we had to run for 20 minutes... nonstop!! So I'm extremely tired right now.
After the 2 hours of tennis, I directly went to tap. We worked on our dance to the song 'Steppin' Out With My Baby'.
Tomorrow at school, we have something called "China Day". We're gonna be playing chinese games, eating chinese food, and wear chinese clothes. All the girls have to wear a chinese dress, which is called a 'qi pao'. I'm quite excited for tomorrow!!

Concerts
These past nights were really busy for me!! Last night was a band concert, where I played my clarinet. We played one concert for the assembly which was during school, and then another one at night for our parents and teachers to see. I really enjoyed playing in my very first band concert. The middle school jazz group also came to our concert to play a few songs with us. Their songs are really cool and I hope I can play those songs as well when I'm in middle school!!
I just came back from another concert, but this time it was a strings concert. This strings concert wasn't my very first concert because I've been playing in the strings program for 2 years now. But I still also really enjoyed it :D
At school today, there was a book fair going on. So our class went to look at the books. I bought a few books there. They are called:
~Fablehaven (book 1) by Brandon Mull
~So B. It by Sarah Weeks
~Guts by Gary Paulsen
I've only started reading Fablehaven, which is really good so far, but my teachers and friends all say the other two books are really good and exciting as well!

Daddy had to leave to go to Beijing today!!! :(
This morning I didn't go to tennis because my body was way to sore and I could barely move... even now I'm extremely stiff!
After lunch today, mommy, daddy and I all went down to watch a concert at a place called 'City Hall'. It was a concert with violins, cellos, double bass', trumpets, clarinets, flutes, xylophones, drums, and other instruments I can't name. It was really cool and I enjoyed watching and listening to it.
After the concert, daddy had to go to the airport which was right next door. The airport is inside the mall 'IFC2' so after sending daddy off, we shopped around. I needed to get black shoes for the clarinet and strings concert next week, so in the shoe store 'Geox', I found some really nice, shiny, black flats. They are really pretty.
After getting the shoes, we ate dinner again at the sushi restaurant 'Sen Ryo'.

Last night was so much fun! It was Rachel's school fair, and she invited me to go with her. Her school fair was during the nighttime, so right after our ballet class, we got ready and went to her school together for the fair.
When we got there, Rachel met up with her other school friends. Pretty soon, I started talking with them and then we became friends. At the school fair, we went into a haunted house which was really scary because people were jumping out at you and stroking your faces and everything. We also played laser tag, went on bouncy castles, bought lots of really good candy, and I bought a small pink squishy pillow... it's very comfortable :)
When we got back from the fair, it was already very late so I didn't have time to write in here...
Today, I had a play date with one of my friends at school called Jessica. I went over to her house and we played on the computer, played with our iPod Touches, played outside, and baked some really yummy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.
I had to leave Jessica's at 4:00 because I had another tennis group lesson again at Wong Nai Chung. It was really tiring, and my legs are still really tired and sore from Thursday's training... but I still enjoyed it!
After tennis, Katy called, inviting me over for dinner. So I went over, and after dinner, we watched 'America's Got Talent' on TV. Then we played 'Twister' and played the 'Wii'. While I was at Frances and Katy' place, mommy and daddy were out eating dinner. When they got back I had to go back home.

Happy Thanksgiving!!! It's also daddy's birthday today! He's turning 39 (not really) :D
I am a M.C. for the Chinese Assembly that is coming up next week, so today at school I had a rehearsal. It was really fun and I can't wait!
When I got back home after school, I quickly went to Wong Nai Chung again for a group tennis lesson. I saw lots of other people from my school as well. It was really tiring today because we ran lots and lots of laps around 6 courts!!
I just got back and am now getting ready to go to a restaurant to have a Thanksgiving feast with daddy and mommy.

At school today, I did a Peer Helper tour for 2 families. Both families were really big, with lots of children and stuff. This is the second time I've done a tour, and this one was even better than the first! It was also a lot of fun :)
After school, there was another band rehearsal. It was exactly the same as yesterday, practicing the songs over and over again. A clarinet TA called Mr. Fishman called Alex, Johena and me to practice the trio. For our trio, we picked the song 'O Come All Ye Faithful'. I really like this christmas carol, and it sounds really cool! Mr. Fishman said that he might let us pick more than one song to play, but we haven't yet decided. I hope we can though!
Mommy came to pick Sophia and me up after clarinet. We ate pretzels and talked about what songs I could do for the trio.
When I got back home, it was time to go to tennis. I went down together with Rachel.

After school today, there was a mixed rehearsal for clarinet today. The whole band came and we all played together. There were trombones, trumpets, flutes, french horns, and others that I can't name. I had to leave the rehearsal early because at 4:00 I had a piano lesson. So when the time came for me to leave, I quickly rushed out to the entrance and mommy took me directly to piano.
Turns out, we got to piano half an hour late, so there was only 30 more minutes left for the lesson. We only got to work on one piece.
After piano, I took Samantha out and played fetch with her again. But I threw the ball over the fence and lost the ball, so we only got to play for about half an hour.
For homework, I mostly did my writing homework. I've been working on a really long fantasy story called 'Once Upon a Golden Wheel' and I just finished it today!

After school today, Alex, Sydney, Sophia and I once again stayed in our class to do our homework and wait for clarinet class to start. We finished our homework really quickly and then started playing around like we did yesterday. It was really funny.
After clarinet class, Mr. Lovett gave Alex, another girl called Johena, and me a book full of songs for three people. He asked us to pick a song to play in the concert! Unfortunately, the song 'Jingle Bell Rock' has notes we haven't learnt yet, so we can't play that :( We haven't yet chosen what song we want to play yet though......
Sydney's mom couldn't pick her up from clarinet, so Sydney rode with Sophia and I back home. We used Sophia's helper's phone to do prank calls. It was so funny :D
When I got back home, I quickly did my homework and soon it was time for disco. Katy needed to do something for school and had to miss disco class. So Rachel and I just went to disco alone. We continued to learn our dance to the song 'Poker Face'. I am now starting to get more familiar with the dance so it isn't too hard anymore! I really like the Poker Face dance.

This morning, I once again went to Wong Nai Chung to play tennis. The people who were in the clinic today were really good, so it was very tiring. Right now, every part of my body is aching and sore.
After tennis, mommy and I went to Aberdeen to have lunch. We ate lunch at a Vietnamese noodle shop. When we finished lunch, I got a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream.
We passed by a shoe store with loads of All Star Converse shoes, and I saw two types of Converse that I really liked. One is gray with white and pint hearts on it. The other is pink and white stripes. I got both of them... they are really nice!
When we got back home, I practiced my piano and quickly finished my chinese book report for tomorrow. Then I called Rachel to play and we watched some TV. She just left to go eat dinner.

Last night, after my ballet class, I went over to Grayce's house for a sleep over. We played on the computer, played the Wii, and watched loads of 'I Love Lucy' episodes... I actually like the TV show!
After the sleep over, I had tennis, followed by violin class.
When violin was over, mommy and I passed by a store with nice jackets, and I bought 2 sweatshirts there; a pink one with a hood and a black and gray one with a hood as well.
Then we went to the store 'HMV' because we wanted to try to find seasons 1-9 of 'I Love Lucy'. They didn't have in it stock, so we couldn't buy it. Anyways, 1 season of 'I Love Lucy' on Amazon is 50% cheaper than in 'HMV', so I can buy it on Amazon. But I did buy the movie 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'. I used to only have the movies 1-5, but now I have 1-6!
After shopping at 'HMV', we then went to the dance store 'Paul's'. I needed new tap shoes because mine were much too small for me, so I bought new ones.
Next, we went to the sports store 'Giga Sports' because I also needed new tennis shoes because my old ones were too small for me as well! I got a pair of Nike shoes that are quite nice, but I'm more used to my old ones and the Nike shoes still feel slightly uncomfortable.
And then, we went to the mall 'Times Square' for dinner. We looked in the music shop called 'Parson's Music Store'. I bought a music book with Taylor Swift songs to play on the piano. It's really cool!
Mommy and I ate dinner at the Japanese restaurant 'Sen-Ryo' which has sushi and sashimi. I ate lots of fish (especially salmon!!) and now I'm really full.
When we finished eating dinner, we went back out into the freezing air. Although this may sound slightly crazy, I got a huge McFlurry at Mac-Donald's... which is probably why I'm practically frozen at the moment....... but anyways, it was good :D
Well, now I'm off to watch the Harry Potter movie!!

When I got back from school today, I had a quick snack and quickly went down to Wong Nai Chung with mommy for tennis training again. I played for 2 hours with other people. The people in my group were pretty good; there was even this one 5 year old boy who can play as good as me!!
After the long tennis training, I went back home for tap. I was extremely exhausted at tap because at tennis we did lots of tiring drills.
When I got back home from tap, Grayce called me and invited me to have a sleep over with her at her house tomorrow night. I asked mommy, and she said it was okay!! So tomorrow night, after my ballet class, I'm going to go to Grayce's house. I can't wait!!!

At school today, we had field day, which is just 3 hours of recess. It was really fun; I played baseball and tag and tug of war and other things. And right after the 3 hours of recess, we had lunch at school and had normal recess again! Today we barely did any learning, so we had no homework :)
After school, I had violin class. Today at violin, we had a different teacher and she is much nicer than my other teacher. We just played christmas carols the whole time!
When I got back home, I practiced some piano. Then a friend at school called Jessica called me and we organized a play date and sleep over for next week. But it's still not official yet because mommy still has to ask daddy if he wants to do anything special, like travel or something, because next week is his birthday!! I don't know what I should get him though....

After school, Sophia, Sydney, Alex and I all stayed in the classroom to wait for clarinet class and do our homework... well, we didn't actually have homework, so we pretty much just played around and had fun... the teacher was at a meeting so we could do whatever we wanted to do!! It was really fun :)
When it was time for clarinet, Mr. Lovett asked Alex, me and another girl to do a trio for the upcoming Christmas Concert. We haven't picked yet what song we are going to play, but it will definitely be a Christmas carol... I hope it's either 'Let It Snow' or 'Jingle Bell Rock'! Those are my favorites...
After clarinet, mommy picked me up and Sophia came to ride with us as well.
I got back home and waited for disco to come. Soon it was time, so I went down to pick up Rachel and we went to the dance studio together. It was freezing cold outside and I had forgotten to bring a jacket with me, so now I am sneezing every second and I'm bundled up with... lemme see.... 4 thick sweatshirts!! I'm still cold........
At disco, I learnt a new dance to the song 'Poker Face' by Lady Gaga. It's really fast and it was really, really hard for Rachel and I to keep up. But I still enjoyed it.

Sorry I couldn't write these past days... I've had really late nights. On Friday night, friends invited us to eat at the FCC (Foreign Correspondent Club) for dinner and we came back home extremely late, and on Saturday night, after playing about 3 hours of tennis at Wong Nai Chung, mommy, daddy and I went to the Chili Club for dinner and came home really late as well.
Today was the Sedan Chair Race and Bazaar at the Matilda Hospital. Island Dance (the dance company where I take dance class) was invited to perform there. So this morning, I went over to Katy's house and we got ready together, then her mom took us to the hospital which was where we were performing. I only performed my disco dance, "Low". It was really windy up at the Peak which is where the Matilda Hospital is. It was freezing and the costumes were really thin so we were all freezing!!
After the performance, Katy, her mom, mommy, daddy, and I all shared a taxi to go back home.
For a science project for school, I had to get a water sample at the reservoir. So mommy, daddy and I walked with Samantha down to the reservoir. We scooped up some water and surprisingly, the water looked so clean!! I could barely tell the difference between purified water and water straight from the ocean!
We were walking back home with Samantha, and we decided to take her off the leash and play fetch with her. As we threw the ball and Samantha ran to catch it, she disappeared into the bushes. We couldn't see her anywhere. It was beginning to pour with rain and we had to hurry home to get dry, so we couldn't stay long to look for her; Samantha had run away loads of times before and we knew that she wouldn't come back just from a simple call of her name.
I was so sad. I kept worrying that she wouldn't come back and she would be stuck out in the pouring cold rain. But when we just got back home, Sophia's mom called us. She had found Samantha!! So daddy and I went back down to the Country Park where Sophia, Rogan and her mom waited for us with a very guilty Samantha. Apparently, Sophia had found Samantha in the barbecue pit and Sophia cornered Samantha and managed to catch her! I have no idea how she did it because Samantha is one fast dog, but I'm so glad that she's back!!!

I am SO tired right now!! Right after school, I ate a quick snack and mommy once again took me to Wong Nai Chung to try out for a tennis group lesson there. It wasn't too humid outside, so I never thought I would get too tired and sweaty, but I was waaayyy wrong. After only about half an hour, I was so tired and I was extremely hot!! I played for about 2 hours, but I actually really enjoyed it, though it was exhausting!
After the long tennis lesson, I went to tap class. Ms. Claire mentioned a job that she wanted me to do. It is performing at a mall for 2 weekends and I will be paid HK$4,000!! YAYYY :D
For this week's homework, it is all due tomorrow and I left it all for tonight... so I was rushing to finish it before it got too late, and I only just finished... so now I gotta go to bed because tomorrow is Sports Day and I don't want to be tired on Sports Day!!
G'night :D

At school today, I had a math test. We just finished a unit on geography and angles, and I'm not that good at angles, so I don't think I did that well on the test today...
After school, I had violin class. We had a test on one of the songs we will be doing in the concert next month. It was a looong class and really boring, because I only got to play one song once in the whole lesson.
When the violin class was over, Niki, Sophia and I all went to the after-school buses. I had brought my mobile phone with me, so on the bus, we prank called other people; it was loads of fun!!
After the bus ride, I had to practice violin for this Saturday's lesson. I hadn't practiced all week, so mommy wanted me to practice for a long time today.
Soon, it was time to go to the tennis group lesson. It was really windy again, so it was hard to hit the balls. My eyes got all watery and felt stingy from the wind... I really don't enjoy playing tennis in the wintertime!!
I've just started making my Christmas Wish List.... but at the moment I can't find it (whoops!) so I can't list the things I want for Christmas right now.... but I will write it when I do find it. If I find it....

I'm soooo happy!! Daddy came back from about a whole month in America!! So now he's here in Hong Kong again!!!!! YAY :)
When daddy got back, he bought me a few presents:
~American Girl book called, 'Felicity Story Collection'
~American Girl book called, 'Peril at King's Creek'
~American Girl book called, 'Traitor in Williamsburg'
~American Girl book called, 'A Smart Girl's Guide to the Internet'
I especially like the book about the Internet!!!
Yesterday's disco was AMAZING!! I loved it so much; it was so much fun!!! We did a dance to the song, 'You Know I'm No Good' by Amy Winehouse and usually at disco, it would be really boring because it was much too easy for me, but now that I am in a higher level, it is much more challenging and fun for me :D
At school, we're doing a project for science about water pollution. Last night, I measured how much water I was wasting while waiting for the water in the the shower to warm up... I got 1,640 mL in just 10 seconds!! So in 10 minutes, it would be 99,000 mL! That's a lot of water I'm wasting, so now I'm taking much, much shorter showers!

When I woke up this morning, I had to do my chinese book report which is due tomorrow. I spent a lot of time doing that. Practically the whole morning!
Mommy and I were planning to go shopping for things this afternoon, but then Grayce's mom called us, reminding us that it was Sydney's birthday party this afternoon... we had completely forgotten about it!! I quickly rushed to get a present and made a quick card. Soon, after practicing a bit of piano, the time to leave for Sydney's birthday came.
Grayce and her family came to take me to school, where Sydney's birthday took place at.
At the birthday party, we did all sorts of fun activities, races, and games. The whole class was at the party and it was really fun! At the end of the party, we ate pizza for dinner, and we all started to have pizza eating contests... of course, I won (I ate 9 slices of pizza!). But I was really full afterwards... still, I really enjoyed it :D
Sadly, the party had to end, and mommy took Grayce and I back home.
When I got back home, Samantha hadn't gone out yet, so I took her out and played with a tennis ball with her.

It was really windy this morning, so it was quite difficult to play properly at tennis today. But I still got really tired and sweaty after the lesson.
When my tennis lesson was over, mommy and I once again went to my violin lesson.
There is the sandwich shop called 'Subway' that is really close to where I take my violin lessons, so I ate lunch there. I even got 2 free chocolate chip cookies and a free can of soda!!!
Mommy didn't want to eat a sandwich, so we also went to a noodle shop for mommy to eat her lunch. I just read my book which is called 'Cirque Du Freak' in the Darren Shan series.
Mommy finished really quickly, and when she was done with her lunch, we walked around and looked inside some malls. There weren't any stores for children and everything there was extremely expensive, so we didn't buy anything.
When I got back home and quickly finished practicing piano, Niki called and we played together.
Before, I used to always say to mommy, "I really want this is my room.... I really want that in my room...." so mommy asked me to design my dream room and she will try her best to change my original room to the dream room. So when Niki came over, we got a cardboard box and began designing my dream room. We kept it realistic but I still think it looks really cool :D
So I gave the design to mommy and now she's gonna try to change it... I can't wait! If my room really does change, I'll make sure to take a picture of it and try to post it here!!
After all our hard work in designing my room (trust me, it was really hard), mommy, Niki and I took Samantha out for a short walk. We played fetch with her, but the ball when into the bushes and we couldn't find it anymore, so we just walked. It got really dark sooner than we expected, so we only really got to walk no more than half an hour.
When we got back home, Niki could stay for dinner!! We ordered pizza and we watched 'America's Funniest Home Videos' and 'America's Got Talent' on the TV.

After school today, there was a mother-daughter tea party for all the 5th grade girls. Grayce, Sydney, Niki, Sophia and lots of other people went. We had cookies and tea and talked.... it was quite fun.
After the tea party, Sydney, Niki and I had to quickly rush to violin class straight after. We were still about 10 minutes late, but the teacher didn't get upset because he knew we were at a party.
At violin class, the teacher gave us 5 new songs for the upcoming concert. The older songs were quite hard, but these ones are extremely easy for me.... the songs that we got today were just normal Christmas Carols (Jingle Bells, We Wish You A Merry Christmas, etc...).
When violin class was over, Sydney, her mom, mommy and I all went back home together. We organized to have a play date sometime tomorrow afternoon. It's not official yet, but I really hope we can have a play date!! We haven't had one in ages.
When I got back home, it was already time for ballet. I quickly changed and went down to the dance studio with Rachel.
At ballet, Ms. Claire had GREAT news!! I had told her yesterday about me stopping disco class because it was too easy for me. When I told her this, she immediately called the office and asked to move me up to the highest level!! They said I could, and now I've started disco again! I'm just soooo happy that now I can do harder, more challenging things :D
Currently in the highest level of disco, they are learning 4 dances at once. I have no idea how to do any of the dances, and since Katy is in this level too, I went over to to her house after dinner so she could teach me how to do the dances. Although there are 4 dances, Katy could only remember 2 and we only had time to finish about 3/4 of each of the 2 dances. The dances that I learnt today were to the songs 'You Know I'm No Good' by Amy Winehouse, and 'Better In Time' by Leona Lewis. They both aren't very fast songs, but they were still really hard for me to learn. During the weekend, Katy will try to find some more time to help me learn the dance, though she does have lots of activities and homework to do... but I really hope I can learn at least 2 dances by this Monday so I won't be so far behind!!
When I got back home, I had to practice violin because tomorrow is my violin lesson. It was really late, and I only just finished, so I should be going to bed now because tomorrow I have tennis early in the morning!! So bye for now :)

I didn't have any activities right after school today, so when I finished my homework, Katy and I went swimming together. Yes, it was freezing cold -- 19 degrees!! We didn't swim much; just ran around and talked... it was much too cold to actually stay in the water for more than 5 minutes!
After about an hour of swimming (well, I don't think swimming really fits...), it was nearly time for my tap class. So I went to take a shower in the clubhouse and rushed off to tap.
At tap, it was just me and Frances, so we couldn't practice the dance without the other students. We had to just practice our normal exercises.
I just finished practicing piano and violin and I'm still freezing cold from the pool today! Oh dear, if I'm cold in this weather in Hong Kong, what will it be like for me in Boston during winter!! But no matter how cold it will be in Boston, I am still really looking forward to spending time in Boston during Christmas!!

After school today, I had violin class for the first time in a while... the strings winter concert is soon coming up, so instead of working on boring scales, we practiced our songs for the concert... I can't wait!!
When violin class was over, I rode the after school bus back home. Sophia and Niki also have after school activities today, so we all rode the same bus back home.
When I got back home, I had quite a bit of homework to do, and tomorrow I have a chinese test, so I spent quite a lot of time preparing for that. So when I finally finished all my homework, it was time for tennis.
At tennis, it was really fun. Towards the end of the group lesson, everyone played matches against each other, and I won so I didn't have to pick up any balls at the end of the lesson! :)
After dinner, I was supposed to practice piano and clarinet, but I just complained that I'm really tired from a fitness test that I had today and I was really sore, so now I am getting ready to go to bed...
GO PHILLIES!

When I got back from school today, I had to quickly rush to go to my piano lesson. I ended up being about 10 minutes late because everyone was coming home from school so there was lots of traffic.
Ms. Kwok worked with me on the song Jagdlied for the Music Festival.
When piano class was over, mommy took me to a bakery close by, and I bought a really yummy bun... :P
These days at school, we aren't getting much homework, so after about half an hour, all my homework was done after piano.
I wanted to play with Sophia, but after my quick homework, I had to practice my violin, and I just finished.... so it's a bit too late to play now... so I guess I'll just play tomorrow...
Oh yeah, I was originally going to do the Team Fear Adventure Race with Niki, but Niki can't do it and I can't find anyone else to do it with me, so I can't do the race after all :( Oh well, maybe next year!

It was the first day back at school today, and I'm actually quite happy to be back because I was really bored during the holidays and now that I have school, I won't have nothing to do!
After school, Alex, Sydney, Sophia and I all stayed behind to wait for clarinet class. So we did all our homework in our classroom. Soon it was time for our clarinet class.
Once again, our original clarinet teacher, Mr. Lovett, was sick again today, so Mrs. Webster taught us instead... I haven't seen Mr. Lovett in ages!! At clarinet, we played some new Christmas carols for our Christmas concert next month.
When clarinet class was over, mommy took Sophia and me back home.
After the short taxi ride, I finally decided to stop disco dance class. I have really enjoyed doing disco, but the dances are way too easy for me and I am not old enough to be moved up to the higher level with more challenging dances. So I've stopped disco for now and I'm gonna start doing more tennis and maybe start after school basketball with Sydney.
So instead of going to disco, mommy and I walked down to the Wong Nai Chung tennis courts where kids who are really good at tennis (including Jonathan) play. But we got there too late because it was already the end of the group lesson and they were just playing games; so I couldn't really see how good they were...

When I got back home from the sleep over, I started some of my chinese book report for homework. In the middle of my homework, Sydney called me, asking if I wanted to play basketball with her. So we went down to the basketball courts and we played some shooting games.
When Sydney had to go back home and I went back home, too, Frances called asking me if I wanted to go swimming with her, because it was really hot and sunny outside.
So we went down together. After running around for a bit, we got hungry, so we bought popsicles and ate them by the pool.
I had to go home after a bit because I needed to practice piano and violin. I just finished practicing violin, and now I'm gonna go watch the movie 'School of Rock'. BYE!!!

Halloween!
Yesterday was the BEST day ever!!
For lunch, Frances and I went to Allison's birthday barbecue party. Katy couldn't go because she had to prepare for her own party. We ate hot dogs and pork chops and Michelle was there too!! We prank called some people; it was funny.
Unfortunately, Frances and I had to leave the party early to go to Katy's party.
Not long after Frances and I got back home, Katy's friends started arriving. For one of Katy's presents, she got 3 fish!! She was really happy :)
When everyone was there, we went to Happy Valley to get manicures and pedicures in a nail place called 'The Nail Bar'. The colors I chose for my manicure were hot pink and black, and for my pedicures I chose dark purple. After I got my toes painted, I thought they had already dried, so I started walking around carelessly and now my toes don't look very pretty... but at least my fingers still look nice!!
After the manicures and pedicures, we started getting ready for trick or treating. Frances and I put on our mad scientist costumes and started putting on face paint. We made our eye brows slant upwards to mad us look evil and we put dark purplish circles around our eyes.
Trick or treating was so much fun, but I guess it was a bit too crowded. People kept pushing past me to get candy... but I still really enjoyed it! I got loads of candy, but the candy all ran out within half an hour because there were so many people. But in half an hour we all got plenty of candy that would last for a real looonnnnggg time :D
Sadly, trick or treating had to come to an end, but the sleep over that followed was just as fun! After eating lots of candy and eating pizza for dinner, we put on make up and played and it was so much fun. We wanted to watch 'Wild Child' after, but Katy's mom told us that we had to go to bed :(

Sleepover with Sophia
Originally, Sophia and I were planning to go to Ocean Park yesterday (even though I've already gone twice very recently), but we couldn't go.
So instead we had a barbecue at the Country Park. I took Samantha with me, and at the Country Park today, there were loads of people who were having barbecues too, so Samantha was going crazy trying to look for food; it was really hard to control her. I can't imagine how Samantha can still be so hungry even when she's just eaten almost half a bag of dog food (it's a really big bag!). While we were eating, Samantha kept jumping up onto the table, trying to get our food, so we had to tie her to a tree. She was whining the whole time we ate, but I couldn't untie her from the tree otherwise she would eat our food!!
After the barbecue, Sophia and I went back home and we played basketball together. When we became really thirsty after a while of playing, we went back to my house.
We watched some really funny videos on YouTube, and Sophia invited me to stay at her house for a sleepover. So we started planning what we would do.
When it was time for my ballet class to start, Sophia came to watch. We didn't get to learn any new dances or didn't get to play any games even though it's soon Halloween; we had to just do our normal, boring exercises.
When ballet was over, we went over to Sophia's house for a quick dinner, because I had to go home soon for Sophia to have her piano lesson.
While Sophia had her piano lesson, I had to practice piano, too. After I was all packed and ready and everything, Sophia called and I went over to her house.
We watched the movie 'Ice Princess'. It was really fun to watch.
Now it is gonna be Allison's barbecue birthday party, and after that it will be Katy's birthday party, and then... HALLOWEEN!!!!

This afternoon, mommy and I went out to buy birthday presents for Katy and Allison. I can't say what I bought because I know you might be reading this Katy.... :)
After buying the gifts, we went over to the IFC Mall. We went to the bookstore, 'Dymocks'. They renovated it and now it's waaaaay bigger! I spent a lot of time looking at all the children's books! Turns out, there were too many books to choose from, so I didn't buy anything. But mommy wants me to practice my math more, so she bought me a really thick math notebook to do everyday >:(
After looking around in Dymocks, we went to City Super to buy stuff for dinner, and then I had to go back home for tap class.
Since it is soon Halloween, Ms. Claire brought lots of candy for us to eat. We had to do normal, boring exercises for most of the time during the lesson, but we played a really short game at the end... it was still fun!!

Halloween Costume
Since Halloween is nearly here, mommy and I went to a little market called Ladder Street. There were loads of costumes there, and this year Frances and I are both going to dress up as mad scientists! >:)
So in Ladder Street, I bought these things:
~A grey, wavy, Albert Einstein wig
~A white lab coat
~Harry Potter glasses
I can't wait 'till Halloween!!!
Before going to Ladder Street, mommy and I went to get foot massages. It hurt a little but it felt really nice :)
I also got a couple of t-shirts from a shop called 'Giordano'. They are 'Cheer You Up' t-shirts, a really popular type of t-shirt right now. It is just a normal t-shirt with a yellow smiley face on it with x's as the eyes. They're really cute XD
When I got back home, it was time for a tennis group lesson.
Mommy wants me to play more tennis with more people, so now she's gonna call the boys in my class who play tennis to come over tomorrow to play tennis with me!! Ohhhhh, I really hope she'll forget about calling them!!!

I haven't had a piano lesson with Ms. Kwok since the beginning of summer, so mommy organized a lesson for me today.
Every year, there is something called the Piano Music Festival, and each time I compete in the festival. The music festival is going to come soon, so Ms. Kwok prepared a really cool song called Jagdlied composed by MacDowell. I love the tune and this year I'm actually not nervous at all... probably because I've done it for 4 years now.
After my piano lesson, mommy took me to a mall called Cityplaza. We don't go there very often because it is so far away from where we live, but Cityplaza is very close to where Ms. Kwok lives, so I got to go there today!!
In Cityplaza, I went to the shop 'Marks & Spencer'. I just got on long sleeved shirt for the winter -- I really need it!!
After Marks & Spencer, I went to a really, really big stationary shop called 'Apita' aka 'Uny'. There was so much to buy there, but I only bought a few things:
~Green mechanical pencil with a grip that is a little bit squishy
~An orange mechanical pencil
~7 erasers that are the colors of the rainbow with really cute hamster pictures on the them (they smell nice a little bit, too!)
After shopping around in Apita, mommy and I went to eat at a Japanese restaurant with lots of yummy sushi and sashimi. There were lots of people there, so we had to wait in line for quite a while until there were seats for us.
3 busy days
Ahhhhh! I'm so sorry I didn't write in here for the past three days!!!! I was really busy; Saturday night I had a sleep over with Rachel, Sunday night I had another sleep over with Frances and Katy, and last night I went out for dinner and came home at 1:00 A.M., so I was too tired to write. But I'll write about Saturday, Sunday and Monday right now.
Saturday
On Friday night, I wanted to invite Rachel over for dinner, but it was really last minute, so mommy hadn't prepared anything for dinner. Instead, she said Rachel could come over on Saturday night for dinner and a sleep over.
Before the sleep over with Rachel, I had a violin lesson. I only managed to memorize 2 pages of the concerto, so now I have to memorize 3 more pages.
After violin class, mommy took me to eat noodles again at the same restaurant as last week. Since this noodle restaurant is really close to the shop 'H&M', mommy said I could go there to buy some clothes for the wintertime. At H&M, I bought:
~A pink sweatshirt with black zebra stripes on it
~A pair of skinny jeans that are very stretchy so they are comfortable
I didn't buy much, so I'll need to go back again because almost all my winter clothes are too small for me and winter is coming soon!!
Sunday
It was the first time in a while for me to play with Frances and Katy, since we are all really busy with homework. But after lunch today, they were free to play!
Although it wasn't very sunny outside (it was cold and windy in fact), Katy wanted to go swimming, so we all went down to the pool to swim. As I guessed, the water was SO COLD! But we swam for a long time and soon I was used to the temperature.
After swimming, I had to go back home to take a shower and take Samantha out for a short walk. When I told Frances and Katy about having to walk Samantha, they said they wanted to come with me, so after our showers, we went to the park to walk Samantha.
When we came back from the walk, Frances and Katy had some very good news for me... we could have a sleep over!!! So I immediately started packing and went over to their house.
We made smoothies out of juice, yoghurt, marshmallows, raisin and bananas. When we mixed them all together in the blender, Frances and Katy really didn't like it, but I liked it a lot, so I drank it all up :D
Monday
This morning, Frances, Katy and I wanted to walk to Stanley with Samantha. Mommy said it was OK. But when we got to my house, mommy said Samantha can't come with us, because she was sick. A couple nights ago, we ordered new dog food, and the bag was open so Samantha ate almost all of it... and it is a pretty big bag!! So now she is vomiting and pooping uncontrollably so we couldn't take her on our walk.
When we got to Stanley market, it was really busy since it was a public holiday, so we had to wait in a very long line to have lunch. We ate at a restaurant called 'Wildfire' since the line was the shortest.
After eating some pizza and pasta, we had to go back home because mommy booked a tennis court for me to play with a boy called Jonathan.
When we got back home, there was still a few hours left until tennis, so Frances, Katy and I went to the pool to swim. We played hide-and=seek tag. It was really fun but I had to go home to get ready for tennis.
Jonathan is really, really, really good at tennis, so there weren't a lot of rallies between us at tennis because his shots were so hard for me to return. But after a while of playing I started improving a bit.
After tennis, Jonathan's mom invited mommy and I over to their house for dinner. Jonathan just got a hamster, so before dinner I played a lot with the hamster called Happy. After dinner, we watched a movie called 'Monster House'. It was pretty good.
When the movie was over, it was really late so Jonathan had to go to bed since he has school tomorrow. But it is now my mid-term break, so I could stay up later.
But time and time passed, and mommy was still talking with Jonathan's mom. I was so tired that I fell asleep sitting upright! When midnight came, finally I could go back home and sleep in my comfortable, warm bed :)

Half Day
Yay! It was a half day at school today because it is now the beginning of mid-term break!!
When I finished lunch after I got back from school, I called Niki and Rachel and together we went down to the basketball courts to play basketball. On the way there, we met 2 other boys called Matt and Julian who are really good at basketball. We all played a game together. While we were playing, another boy who is in my class called Rohan came to play together with us as well. And then, another boy who I've never met before started playing with us, too! So all 7 of us played a really fun game... those boys were REALLY good!!!
When Rachel, Niki and I got back from basketball, it was time for Rachel and me to go to ballet class. So Niki went home while Rachel and me went.
After ballet, Rachel and I planned to have a sleep over tomorrow night... we asked our parents and they all said yes!! So after lunch tomorrow, Rachel will come over to play and then we will have a sleep over together :) Can't wait!

At school today, we mostly just did stuff about camp... we wrote stories about memories at camp and we worked on newsletters all about camp.
Since we haven't had clarinet class in a long time because of camp, there was a make-up clarinet class after school today. Mommy also thought that there would be a violin make-up class, but turns out there wasn't any, so I brought my heavy violin to school for nothing....
When I finished practicing a bit of violin when I got back home from clarinet, I called Sydney to see if she was free to play basketball. Although she was only free for 20 minutes, we played anyways. We went down to the basketball courts and Sydney helped me improve my basketball because I am probably going to join after school basketball next semester.
After a little of basketball with Sydney, I had to go to tap class. Ms. Claire brought canes for us to work with in our dance. Towards the end of class, Frances and I accidentally broke one of the canes and it snapped in half... now I'm trying to find out how to fix it :O

Camp, camp, CAMP!!!
I just got back from... CAMP! Camp was sooo much fun, and I'm really sad to have to leave :(
I left my schedule for what I did at camp back at school, but tomorrow I will bring it back home so I can copy it down and type it here!
The only things that weren't so nice were the showers. The water was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Never warm. And there would barely be any water coming out! Maybe about one or two drops every minute. There are signs all around the campsite saying 'Use less water, save the planet', but I didn't think that they would take it that seriously... also, the beds were as hard as my desk, so I could never sleep through the night comfortably. So at least now that I am back I can shower in clean showers and sleep in a nice bed.
At camp, we did really fun things like going on sampans, canoes, water bikes, and archery, rock climbing, rope courses, swimming, tennis, pool, squash, table tennis, soccer, basketball, and hiking... there are loads of other activities that we did but I forgot them... I will list all the things I did at camp when I get my schedule back.
When I got home from camp, I was really tired, so I had a nap for a few hours. I woke up right before tennis, and although I was still really tired I still had to go.
When I got back I practiced violin... I have to memorize a 5-page concerto by Saturday!! I've only memorize half a page... 4 1/2 more pages to go!!

Charity Bazaar
It was the Charity Bazaar today!! I woke up really early this morning to start getting ready. Later, Rachel came over and mommy helped us do our hair. When she was done, we went over to Rachel's house where her mom helped put on make-up for us. We were supposed to be at the dance studio to rehearse our dances by 10:00, but when I left home, I had forgotten my dance shoes. When I went back up to get them, as I was about to go into the studio, I realized I had forgotten my hat for part of my disco costume!! Although Ms. Claire told us to be there at 10:00 sharp, I ended up being about 10 minutes late. I kept worrying that I would miss the rehearsal for my dance, but turns out that I was pretty early... we hadn't started dancing until around 10:20!
Finally, the time to perform came. It was so hot inside my costume because since I have to change into three costumes, I was wearing many, many layers of my costumes to help make it easier for me to change faster. So after the first few seconds of my first dance, I was immediately exhausted. I was very happy when I got to change back into normal, comfortable clothes, with just one layer.
After performing, Rachel and I got hamburgers. The hamburgers at the Charity Bazaar are soooo good!! I love them :)
And of course, after eating my delicious hamburger, I had to have something sweet. So I got cotton candy... and the cotton candy is even better than the hamburgers!! They make it humongous and very, very sugary. I loved it as well...
When we finished eating, we walked around, looking at the stalls. Rachel bought a few things, but nothing there interested me, so I didn't buy anything. Well, I did buy a really small popsicle keychain...
Rachel and I soon got very bored of the Charity Bazaar, so Rachel came over to my house and we watched the movie 'Mean Girls'. We didn't get to finish the movie because Rachel soon had to go back home :(
When Rachel left, mommy took me to Pacific Place to watch the new movie, 'Garfield'. It was really good and funny. I enjoyed watching it in 3D, though the movie was only about 1 hour.
After the short movie, I had to go get some t-shirts in Wanchai for camp tomorrow (YAY!) because all my clothes that I currently have are too precious to wear to camp and get dirty :D
I bought 4 really cheap shirts... they're actually really cool.
When we finished getting the shirts, we went to eat at a Thai restaurant called 'The Chili Club'. I wasn't very hungry, so I didn't eat much... but now I'm starting to get more hungry............
YYAAAYYYYY!!!!!! CAMP IS TOMORROW!! I'm not sure if I'll be able to sleep tonight because I definitely can't stand or sit still for just one second at the moment... I'm sooooo excited!! Can't wait to write all about it later! But unfortunately there won't be any computers at camp, so I won't be able to write any posts on Monday or Tuesday, but I will be back on Wednesday to write aaaalllll about fun, exciting, wonderful camp *^_^*!
